We arrived at Arches National Park late in the afternoon Sept 28, 2020 and knew we wanted to catch a sunset. After checking in to our hotel we headed out to a place we have been before as we knew the sunset would not disappoint.
We went to the North and South Window Arch and Turret Arch area. The sunset is always spectacular at Arches Park and photos don’t do it justice! On our way out of the park we also took a few photos of the moon rise.

Oh, the sunset is gorgeous! I’d planned to visit Arches around this time of year, but I ended up forgoing it because of the pandemic and my new job. ☹ All the same, I hope to go some day, especially to see it at sunset!

We were initially planning on visiting many of the national parks in Utah, including Arches, this summer. But then the pandemic happened and the borders closed between the US and Canada. Maybe next year? Looks beautiful!
Utah is amazing!! We are at Bryce Canyon today. We visited Capitol Reef yesterday and Escalante. Zion tomorrow. They are all so unique and different!! Hopefully borders will open next year!
