Welcome to Ordinary Photos #19. Not much happening this week and the days are kind of melting together. Still I try to find the exceptions to the ordinary.
Spent a bit of time watching some of my favorite movies. Oldies but goodies.
We ordinarily take a walk at night around the neighborhood. Steve suggested we try something different one night this week. We walked along Iowa’s most famous bike trail, The High Trestle Trail. The trail and bridge were once a railway.
Thats all I have for this week! I will say our winter evening/night walk on a trail that we ordinarily bike ride in the summer was the much needed highlight of my week. Appreciating little things mean so much more these days.

That bridge! A beautiful subject for photographers. The effects of night lighting compensate for the lack of good light during the day.

Whoa, those lights are incredible! Perfect for a photo at night, especially when there aren’t as many people around. I agree that the days are blending by, but sometimes, comfort in the ordinary can be the best way to be at ease with yourself, to know that it’s okay, that you’re still healthy and living despite the craziness going on outside. Can’t wait to see what happens next week, “ordinary” or not!
The bridge is pretty amazing! A bit cold but not bad. It was perfect for us to just walk somewhere different!

The bridge is pretty amazing day or night. It stretches over the river and you can see pretty far both directions on a clear sunny day.

I like the old movies better than Steve does but not much on TV these days! We like this bridge and bike ride over it in the summer, fun to see at night and in the winter!! Take care!
